What services do we provide?

At the present time we only provide mobile Exercise Physiology services to NDIS participants. Disability and exercise is our passion but we don’t have a facility of our own as of yet. This is not a bad thing though! Instead, we can see you in the comfort of your own home or at a gym, pool or park of your choice!

What is an Exercise Physiologist?

An Exercise Physiologist is a person that holds a Masters qualification in the field of exercise used as rehabilitation. We can help with a variety of complex health conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Neurological (Stroke, Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia)
  • Psychological (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Schizoprhenia)
  • Intellectual (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, OHDO’s)
  • Physical (Amputations, Metabolic Disorder, Dwarfism, Surgery, Muscular Dystrophy)
  • This is a very short list, we can actually help many other conditions. If your condition is not listed, please contact us to discuss the specifics of your disability and how we can assist.

What area do you

We are currently servicing South East Melbourne, appointments will be dependent on therapist availability and we will minimise travel where possible.

What do you

We charge as per the NDIS Price Guide. We will make a service agreement outlining cost after we have come out to assess you. This ensures we are providing services specific to your individual situation.

What is your cancellation policy?

As per the NDIS guidelines, 48 hours are required to avoid your NDIS plan being charged. This is the minimum timeframe; however, exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions not listed here, please contact us!
